How delivery is calculated
Prices on this website cover the goods only. Storage items are light but bulky, so delivery is priced for your address and the size of the parcel, then confirmed by email before any payment is agreed. No delivery charge is ever applied that was not stated in writing first.
Destinations
Parcels are dispatched from the United States wherever a tracked postal or courier service can reach. If your address cannot be served, the reply to your basket request says so and nothing is charged.
Timings
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Transit is usually 2–5 business days domestically and 5–14 business days internationally. Carrier delays and customs inspections can extend these estimates.
Tracking, duties, and problems
Tracking is emailed at dispatch. Any import duty or tax charged by the destination country is payable by the recipient. If a parcel is late, damaged, or incomplete, contact us through the contact form and it is handled under the returns policy.
