Before payment
Because every order is arranged by email, you can cancel at any point before accepting the quote. There is no cost and no obligation.
After payment
As a matter of shop policy you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Tell us through the contact form before sending anything back so the return can be tracked.
Condition and window
Unused organizers in their original condition and packaging are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been cut, drilled, marked, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.
Return postage
If an item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, return postage is covered by the seller. If you change your mind, return postage is paid by you.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving, or sooner once a fault is confirmed. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this policy.
